Special Announcement!!! On May 25th we sold our Gills Rock boat to the Friends of Plum and Pilot Islands (FOPPI). They will operate the boat from Washington Island at Kap's Marina next to the Ferry dock.
For now they will be only be offering Private Educational and Historical Deaths Door Lighthouse & Shipwreck Charters.

Cruises depart from Kap’s Marina on Washington Island Our boat name is “The Shoreline”. The marina is adjacent to the Ferry dock or just a short walk from the Island Clipper dock.

Enjoy a 2 hour (or 2 1/2 to 3 hour with stop on Plum Island) cruise across Deaths Door Passage to see the lighthouses on Pilot and Plum Islands, historic Coast Guard Station, Plum Island Range Lights, Detroit Harbor Entrance Light, Washington and Detroit
Islands and a shipwreck from 1867. New! We are including part of our Coastline Cruise where you will see cliffs, caves, beautiful waterfront homes and often Eagles.
Our boat allows us to get up real close to the islands and lighthouses where we stop so you can get great photos. As divers we know the shipwrecks in this area and can position the boat right over the wreck which you can see from our boat. Using our Humminbird Side Scan Sonar we will also show you images of deeper wrecks too.

Plum Island Hiking / Picnic Trip
This trip can either take you directly to Plum Island or also include the Deaths Door Lighthouse Cruise to see remote Pilot Island as well as the lights on Plum Island. Bring you picnic lunch, swim suits and hike the island!
