It is our goal for you to fully enjoy an on-water experience during your visit to Door County. However, unforeseen circumstances, rain, and especially wind can cause tours to be cancelled.

In the event of a cancellation, we will do our best to reschedule your excursion for a suitable time. If you are unavailable to reschedule, we will issue a gift certificate for the cost of your trip that never expires.

Please bear in mind that last-minute cancellations can be very costly, so we ask that customer cancellations be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled trip.

Cancellations made by no-call or no-show are subject to the total reservation cost and may not be rescheduled or credited with a gift certificate.

We reserve the right to cancel any trip at any time due to extreme or unsafe conditions.
